Zhangye Geopark Establishes Sister Geopark Partnership with Jiuhuashan Geopark

On August 29, 2018, Jiuhuashan Geopark was invited to exchange experiences on infrastructures construction such as footpath, sign system, Geological museum etc., as well as the application and construction of Zhangye Global Geopark. Two Geoparks signed cooperation agreement and established sister geopark partnership officially, which will carry out further cooperation and promote development and construction of geopark.

    The sister geopark partnership will deepen the cooperation of geopark management, geoheritage protection, sustainable economic development, tourism promotion and scientific popularization education, strengthen communication and exchange between two parks, and play an important role in promoting the development of geopark.
